Gina Minnis of Gina's Italy

Born in the United States to Italian immigrant parents, Gina Minnis has shared her passion for her heritage on personal tours of Italy for a number of years. She earned a master's degree and a community college credential in Italian language and culture and spent a year studying in Florence. Gina has taught classes in regional and low-fat Italian cooking and Italian conversation for over 20 years. She has guided trips to Italy for over 10 years.
