A flat fee of $60 will be charged for the first hour of consultation. During this first meeting either in person or over the phone, the itinerary and goals of the client (s) will be discussed and outlined. 
 
Additional hours will be billed at $60.00. This is to include all time spent in the preparation, contacts, emails, faxes and phone calls made to complete all arrangements requested by client.

Phone calls to Italy: $7.00

Please note a deposit in the amount of $60.00 will be requested prior to any services rendered. The total amount less the $60.00 will be billed at the completion of the requested services.

Please note, Gina’s Italy, LLC is not liable for any services rendered by a provider that might not meet expectations of the client (s).  All arrangements are made with utmost care and interest.  Should any problem arise with a provider, the client is kindly requested to notify Gina’s Italy, LLC.  Client will be aware of reservations may be at a hotel not personally visited by Gina’s Italy, LLC. In many cases, hotels are known to Gina’s Italy. Otherwise, sources for hotel accommodations are travel books purchased in Italy and published by Italian publishers or my Italian travel agent. Thus, Gina’s Italy, LLC is not responsible for any information printed in these books that may not reflect the entire picture or recommendations made by the third party. Gina’s Italy, LLC does as best possible to match the requests of the client (s) with the selections of hotels or other arrangements.
