Consultation fees are calculated at the rate of 10% of total trip planning costs with a minimum of $30. We offer assistance and reservations for hotels and car rental, transportation support, travel advice, travel insurance, itinerary proposals and more.

Please note, Gina’s Italy, LLC is not liable for any services rendered by a provider that might not meet expectations of the client (s).  All arrangements are made with utmost care and interest.  Should any problem arise with a provider, the client is kindly requested to notify Gina’s Italy, LLC.  Client will be aware of reservations may be at a hotel not personally visited by Gina’s Italy, LLC. In many cases, hotels are known to Gina’s Italy. Otherwise, sources for hotel accommodations are travel books purchased in Italy and published by Italian publishers or my Italian travel agent. Thus, Gina’s Italy, LLC is not responsible for any information printed in these books that may not reflect the entire picture or recommendations made by the third party. Gina’s Italy, LLC does as best possible to match the requests of the client (s) with the selections of hotels or other arrangements.
